AVT Audio Visual Telecommunications Corp. is a technology company and a clear market leader in low-power consumption, low-bit rate video and speech compression technology.

AVT creates technology that can be used to conduct real-time video over existing wireless and satellite networks. Our narrowband solutions operate over circuit switched and packet data wireless networks currently used by cellular and satellite phones. AVT sells its products through its distribution network, and licenses its patented ASIC and software technology.

Applications for AVT’s VideoCrunch® Unit include mobile-monitoring environments such as on-board on commercial aircraft, tele-medicine in ambulances, security surveillance on public buses, armored vehicles, military applications and personal wireless communications.
