AVT's low bit-rate VideoCrunch® Codec 2.0, conforms to the MPEG-4
standard. MPEG-4 is the preferred international standard for encoding
and decoding in wireless multimedia applications. Its superior compression
algorithms are well suited to narrow band applications including
