AVT is currently a privately controlled Canadian corporation incorporated under the laws of British Columbia.
To answer a common question, we do not know when we will become a public
company. We have been honoured with a letter of engagement from Deloitte Touche
Hong Kong. At this time AVT is actively engaged in raising the needed funds to
achieve our goal of a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
